This Privacy Policy explains how Provada(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use TeacherFlow(the “Service”). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the Saudi PDPL and the EU GDPR where relevant.

Information we collect

Account data you provide — name, email, phone number, business/academy name. Content you create — students, sessions, attendance, assignments, notes and messages. Billing data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. Usage data such as device, browser and pages visited may be collected to improve the Service.

How we use your data

To provide and operate the Service, process payments, send transactional messages (e.g. booking confirmations and reminders), provide support, and improve and secure the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Multi-tenant isolation

TeacherFlowis multi-tenant. Each teacher/academy’s data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), so one tenant cannot access another tenant’s data. Parents and students only see the record(s) linked to their own account.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, database, payments, email) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.
