Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TeacherFlow(the “Service”), operated by Provada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite (parents, students, staff). You must provide accurate information and be authorised to manage the student data you add.

Trials & billing

Paid plans may start with a free trial. A payment method is collected at signup and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed via Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants’ data, no spam or abuse of the messaging features. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data of the students and parents you add.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provada is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
